Returns and Exchanges

You can easily return products you have purchased from akritidis-kosmimata.gr either because you detected a problem with the product or you changed your mind.

Terms of Return

• Defective product: We carry out all the necessary checks before sending each order. However, in case of a problem, the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. In case of product return and provided that it is confirmed after the technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one if available or other of the same or superior technical characteristics after consultation with the customer. It is at the discretion of the company to return the money to the customer in cases where there is no availability, or the product has been sold at a special price, or is of older season. The refund to the customer will be made by canceling the debit of the credit card or by deposit in a bank account or by returning the corresponding amount to a Paypal account. In this case, the remittance costs are borne by akritidis-kosmimata.gr.
• Problem during product transport: In case you receive your order and find damage, either in part or in whole, which has obviously occurred during transport (eg breakage, dent, scratch) and not before, you must declare it immediately at the time of delivery of your order so that you have the right to request a replacement of the product (s) that has / has been damaged. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by akritidis-kosmimata.gr.
• Order cancellation before its placement: During your online order and before it is completed, you can at any time return to the previous step and change your options or return to your shopping cart to empty it, add or remove products.
• Order cancellation before its shipment: In case you wish to cancel your order before we send it, please contact us directly by email at info@akritidis-kosmimata.gr or by phone at 2310 253021 and we will cancel it free of charge.
• Order cancellation after delivery due to a change of mind: The consumer can return a product purchased directly from akritidis-kosmimata.gr simply and only due to a change of opinion under the following terms and conditions:

Returns must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

You must complete the WITHDRAWAL DECLARATION. (In case you use this template through our website, please print it and either send us along with the product as mentioned above or bring us with the product to our Store).

The returned product should not have been used, should be in excellent condition just before sale, in its full original packaging (box, nylon, foam, which should not have any tears or damage / deterioration) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instruction forms, features and guarantees, etc.).

In order to receive a return, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected on the purchase document. In case the purchase was made with a credit card, the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal must be displayed.

In this case, the shipping costs of the products are borne exclusively by the customer.

Provided that the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled either to receive a credit of equal value for the purchase of another product (s) or a refund in the same way as the order was paid. In case the purchase was made with a credit, debit or prepaid card, the transaction will be canceled and your balance will be updated, but you will never receive cash. In case of repeated returns or in case akritidis-kosmimata.gr, at its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, is entitled to reject the request to return the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

Return Method

We can receive the product to be returned from your place with a charge of 3 €, if it is a cancellation of an order due to a change of opinion, and free of charge, if it is a return of an order due to a defect.
